AoR Success at NCAS 1st Caswell Shoot

What a weekend at the 1st Caswell held at WOAC yesterday.  The event saw four of AoR’s junior members taking part, Bradley and Lauren shooting Metric II’s, Katie tacking a Metric III and Esme attending her first tournament in the afternoon shooting at 15 and 10 meters.

The event had been moved from Kettering Archers owing to flooding at their site and WOAC had stepped in to save the event.  The skies remained rain free for the day with the sun peeking through the clouds periodically and even the wind from the day before subsided for the event.

The four AoR juniors also did extremely well with Katie and Bradley taking Gold Medals in their categories (Katie beating an Archery GB archer) and both Lauren and Esme taking silver.  Very well done to all four of you.

All in all, a great day was had by all.
