2nd Caswell – AoR Girls Take Gold

Sunday 15th July saw three AoR junior archers up at Targetcraft’s outdoor shooting field at Desborough.  All were shooting at the Second Caswell Tournament and all three we hoping to put in a good performance.  However, the weather had a little to say for things and the shoot was to become a windy one with a strong and gusty wind across the field.

That said, the girls rose to the challenge and came away with three medals, with Esme Bayliss taking gold for a Short Bristol V round, Katie Bayliss taking gold for the Bristol III and Lauren Phillips rounding the trio of medals off with gold for a Bristol II.

All in all a cracking good day by all.
