AoR AGM Invitation

Mick has just circulated a letter with regards to the forthcoming AoR Annual General Meeting (AGM) to all current AoR members.  This is one of the most important dates in the clubs calendar and we will need at least 25% of the membership there to vote in the committee and to pass other important decisions on the day.

Please contact myself or Mick if you do not receive your copy of the letter and PLEASE mark the evening I your diary and come along to the meeting at Manor School on the 8th April 2013.

There are still some committee and club posts left to fill, so please let Mick, Geoff or I know if you would like to put yourself forward or nominate someone for the post.  We really need to have all of these positions filled by different people (we currently have several committee members holding two or more posts) in order for the club to continue to run efficiently.
