those of you who were at the recent committee meeting will have heard that the website was up to date. How quickly things can fall behind when you take you eye off the ball.
Slightly later than I had planned, owing to work and other commitments, I have updated the home page with the indoor shooting times and also the events calendar with the rounds and sessions as published recently. The Sunday rounds have also been send to NCAS for registration, so bring on the county record claims. With some archers doing very well at the moment, I suspect that there will be many over the winter months.
I have also uploaded the latest copy of the minutes form the recent meeting. All members should have received a copy by email, but please login and download a copy of you have not had the email. There are some important things that were discussed and one that could have a knock on to the membership numbers and therefore the fees at the AGM if we can’t get things covered.
the shooting schedule also includes dates for the AoR Annual Open Portsmouth tournament and this gets quickly booked. With three sessions and the ability to enter for as single round, double and triple rounds, it gets very popular with people being turned away a few weeks before the event.
We also have a Frostbite shoot which will be open to members and visitors and then we will close out the indoor season with our usual end of season fun shoot.
